Weekly Oracle for April 5 - 11, 2021
Hey there, my cosmic butterflies! This week, the cards drawn are Childhood: Innocence, Lighting: Power, and Dragonfly: Emergence from the Earth Magic Oracle by Steven D. Farmer.
This week, we’re being guided to look at the world around us with innocent eyes and a fresh perspective. It’s time to release any sense of being jaded by the world, removing the filters we perceive the world through and embracing a sense of innocence and child-like wonder.
We cannot control what happens around us, but we can control our reactions and responses to those things, a common theme lately. Try seeing your experiences through a different frame this week, stopping to evaluate and think about how you should respond and react.
Use this time and this fresh perspective to truly harness your own personal power, the power of life itself. This power is neutral, neither inherently good nor bad, it’s all in how you utilize it that determines whether it is harmful or a force for good. Be aware of your intentions and your personal values, and act accordingly.
You’re currently going through a period of transition into the next phase of your life. It may be coming at you really quickly, leaving you feeling overwhelmed or disconcerted and unsure about how to move forward. Even if you feel like you aren’t ready for the changes that are in motion, you *are* ready and more than capable of handling them with grace and strength. It’s time to move into a new phase of spiritual maturity… which requires you to see the world around you differently.
Remove the filters and preconceived notions in order to shed those old ego-driven responses and reactions you’d have normally experienced (remember – the only thing we can control is our response and reactions – do so with spiritual maturity and grace), and embrace this period of expanded consciousness and heightened perceptual abilities. Step into the flow and allow yourself to be carried into the next phase of your life.
Ask your oracle or tarot deck the following questions:
How can I see the world around me with a fresh perspective?
What do I need to release right now in order to move forward?
What area of my life is in need of the most attention right now?
Don’t have a deck of your own? You can use these these questions as journaling prompts instead.
